Ingredients for Rava Dhokla:

- 1 cup of Suji rava, also known as semolina, a nutritious grain rich in fiber and essential minerals.

- 1/2 cup of Curd, a probiotic powerhouse that supports gut health and boosts immunity.

-1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of balance that awakens the flavors and nourishes the body.

- Water for making batter, the elixir of life that binds the ingredients together in a harmonious blend.

- 1 small teaspoon of Eno, a natural fruit salt that adds fluffiness and texture to the dhokla.

For Seasoning:

- 1 tablespoon of oil, a golden elixir that adds richness and depth to the dish.

- Mustard seeds, tiny bursts of flavor that awaken the senses and add a hint of spice.

- Black pepper, aromatic pearls of warmth that elevate the flavors and tantalize the palate.

- Curry leaves, fragrant leaves that infuse the dish with a touch of freshness and aroma.

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, combine curd and Suji rava to make a smooth batter without lumps. Add water as needed to achieve the desired consistency. Add salt & mix well.

2. Allow the batter to rest for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the batter to ferment slightly.

3. Just before steaming, add Eno to the batter and stir vigorously to ensure the dhokla becomes fluffy and airy.

4. Grease a plate with oil and pour the batter into it, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

5. Sprinkle some black pepper over the batter for an extra burst of flavor.

6. Steam the dhokla in a steamer for 15-20 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the dhokla comes out clean, indicating it's ready.

For Seasoning:

1. In a small pan, heat oil until hot. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, allowing them to crackle and release their aroma.

2. Once the mustard seeds start popping, pour the seasoning over the steamed dhokla, evenly distributing it across the surface.
